Flange ball valve for industry
Why flange ball valves from NieRuf? Ball valves with flange connection from NieRuf are frequently installed in industrial applications or in power station construction. Thanks to the robust design and the precise production, they can also be used for large flow volumes and in high pressure ranges, up to PN40 or ANSI150. Because of the flange connection they can be easily and cheaply integrated into the pipe. For use in industrial plants and steam plants, and for high pressure use, one should consider whether a drive would be a benefit. Frequently the flange shut-off valves are difficult to use manually in large lengths. In drinking water applications and gas applications, only DVGW approved products may be used.

The stainless steel flange ball valves are particularly suitable for aggressive or other challenging media. Apart from these, however, they are also made from cast iron, spheroidal graphite iron or galvanised steel. The nominal widths range from DN15 to DN300. The flange shut-off valves are also available with the approvals DVGW-Gas, DVGW-Drinking water, TA-Air and Fire-Safe, depending on which approval you need. We will be happy to advise you in this regard. In addition, they are available as a compact design, with electric or pneumatic drive, and a 2-way and 3-way variants. The flange shut-off valves are suitable, depending on the model, for liquid or gaseous media, for drinking water, gas or steam. CAD and STEP files for the respective product can be downloaded or provided upon request.
