Strainers with socket ends
Strainers with BSP internal thread with nominal widths of ¼" – 2". The socket fitting allows for the instrument to be easily connected to pipes with outer threads. Often installed upstream of safety valves to prevent them from soiling during blow-down. They are also suited for installation in pipes e.g. for heating systems. The screen catches particles reliably before they can damage the system.
