Proportional valves below are also called flow regulator valves or motor valves, they are used in pipe systems, machine and plant construction, process engineering, packaging machines, and in the food industry, for example for filling systems and compressed air applications. This valve type is used wherever a liquid or gaseous medium, or even steam, has to be smoothly regulated. Many valves can only be completely closed or opened. The proportional valve has a large advantage here because it can be opened and closed proportionally by an electronic signal and thus has dozens of variable degrees of opening. Additionally, the system can be adjusted during running operation. Thanks to these properties, this proportional valve is excellent for dosing processes.

We offer motor valves of type ED01 with very long life, thanks to the high-quality stainless steel 1.4404. The so-called control head can be rotated 360° and as a result is very flexible for the installation. The controls are either via a voltage of 0-10 Volt or a current of 4-20mA. Thanks to the unique design, there is a constant media separation between the valve casing and the motorised drive, and also there is a low water-shock design and therefore it is suitable for steam applications as well. The valve also has an integrated LED as a status display. Thanks to the angle seat design, the motor valves have excellent flow values (KVs) and also retain the set valve position if there is a voltage / current failure.
