The NieRuf warranty provides 24 months of protection for all product defects that you did not cause yourself.
NieRuf exchange
Mistakes happen - if you have made a mistake in the nominal diameter, pressure range, voltage or material, you can return items marked with the NieRuf exchange symbol within 21 days without any storage fees.
Pressure tests
With our valve test bench, we can check the strength of the pressure-bearing housing according to P10 - EN 12266-1 and the tightness of the pressure-bearing housing according to P11 - EN 12266-1. We can generate test pressures of up to 350 bar.
Leak test
Tests of the seat tightness of fittings according to P12 - EN 12266-1 are also no problem for us. We use gas or air as the test medium in order to avoid gas inclusions during the test. Thanks to our flexible test bench, we can test all types of fittings.
Pick-by-Light
We use the pick-by-light system for order picking and assembly of the goods. The requested article is marked with a red light point and can therefore be identified and picked clearly, quickly and without confusion. Our storage lifts are integrated into the IT system, which means that we can guarantee very fast and cost-efficient processing.
Put-to-Light
We use multi-order picking to reduce picking times. In this way articles for several orders are picked at once and then divided into individual orders at our picking workstations. Here our put-to-light system offers the optimal solution for the safe and fast allocation of the products.
