– Shorter construction length
– Thread connection depth of 8 mm
– Not feasible as a single valve

2 Concept

1. Presentation of the technical concept design of NieRuf.

3. Definition of possible spare/wear parts.

EXAMPLE

– Solution as a valve block in the form of a STEP file, advantage: less piping required, thus smaller installation space. Overall cost advantage for the required number of pieces.

– Feedback loop with customer is performed, requirements for sealing surfaces, connection for pressure sensor, etc. are incorporated into the concept.

3 Samples

1. Commissioning of the elaborated concept in the form of sample parts »pilot series«.

2. Delivery and extensive testing at the customer's site.

EXAMPLE

– Production and delivery of the first valve blocks.

4 Series

1. Integration of the feedback on the sample delivery into the series.
