Stainless steel membrane valves made in Germany
The stainless steel membrane valves from NieRuf have a dead space-free and flow-optimised casing, made from stainless steel 1.4435, which prevents water shocks. As a result of the unique design of the valve body, very high KVs values (up to 78 m3/h) can be achieved. Depending on the area of application, the membrane can be freely selected. An EPDM, a single-piece PTFE/EPDM and a two=piece PTFE/EPDM membrane can be selected from the MB02 series. The membrane acts both as the seal and as the valve's switch. The actuation takes place via a non-corrosive and maintenance-free hand wheel made from plastic (PP-GR), the use of which is permitted in rough environments. Frequently, our stainless steel membrane valves are used in aggressive and viscous media, e.g. in the pharmaceuticals industry or the chemical industry, as well as in water treatment. The production of our high quality valves takes place in Germany.
