We can manufacture the flange-overflow-valves in the nominal sizes DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80 and DN100. The preset pressure can range from 0,5 bar to 10 bar. The seal can be made of FKM, EPDM or metal. The valve itself can be made of stainless steel, spheroidal graphite iron, red brass, grey cast iron or cast iron, depending on the requirements. Approvals like TA air are available, just like material certificates and individual acceptance e.g. by TÜV. Our UV13 series can be used in temperatures of up to +450°C, depending on the material. Overflow-valves with flange connection usually work proportional, which means that if power P1 (input pressure) is higher than P2 (spring force), the valve opens. The stroke variation happens with the pressure increase, the opening of the valve releases the excess pressure, which reduces the pressure in the system. Once the pressure drops and P2 is again higher than P1, the valve closes and pressure can build up. This makes overflow-valves with flange connection ideal to secure important valves and system components.
