NieRuf offers a wide range of stainless-steel overflow-valves. They are being manufactured as straight form or angle form, depending on the requirements. The valve in straight form should always be mounted between two shut-off valves. This allows you to take it out easily and efficiently for cleaning or repairing purposes. For stainless-steel valves, different alloys can be used. Please find the material references for stainless steel in our data sheets.
All stainless steel overflow valves can be manufactured with either flange connection or internal or external thread depending on the requirements. Stainless-steel overflow-valves with flange connection are available in the nominal sizes DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80 and DN100. The stainless-steel overflow-valves with thread connection are available in 3/8“, ½“, ¾“, 1“, 1 ¼“, 1 ½“ and 2“ Inch. Please contact us if you need special sizes. The range of adjustment can be set between 0,5 and 20 bar, the seal can be FKM, EPDM, PTFE or metal. If you let us know which setting you need, we can set the valve for you during manufacturing.
