Weld nipple for pipes and fittings
A weld nipple is a pipe connecting element, which has a conical external thread on one side according to DIN EN 10226-1 in the nominal widths ¼ inch to 2 inches and on the other side has the possibility of being welded. As a result, the connecting element can be connected to a pipe or fitting with internal thread. The nipple is made from high quality stainless steel 316. The length of the element depends on the nominal width and starts at ¼“ with 30mm and for 2“ is 50mm.
