There are two ways to build a control loop.
- Process the actual value in the PLC and control the actuator from the PLC to open or close (control loop in the PLC)
- Give a default signal (setpoint) to a control electronics, which compares this specification with the actual value of the sensor and opens or closes the valve (control in an extra electronics).
Which version can be used also depends on how "fast" the control should be. The cycle times of a PLC are usually longer than those of an extra electronics
Depending on the flow rate and should be in the range of 10-90% of the specified KV value to realize a linear control.
We do not have a certificate or similar for this series that confirms use in Class 7 clean rooms, so we cannot make any recommendations.
